Corey Paul - 7:30am (No Sick Days) FREE Album Release
With so much work to be done within an unknown time frame, Corey Paul releases the 3rd installment of his 7:30am series appropriately titled, “No Sick Days”. In an effort to completely yield to God’s direction, “No Sick Days” will showcase a very versatile and previously unexplored side of Paul's artistry. While still including the high-energy delivery and tongue twisting lyrics we’re all familiar with, with tracks like, “Frontline Anthem”, which encapsulates the energy of a Corey Paul/ Frontline Movement stage show. And the “Super Stupid Crazy Dumb REMIX” feat. K-Drama, D-Maub, Von Won and Frontline Movement members Hilary Pradia & Reconcile. “No Sick Days” will also be accompanied by melodic inspirational songs such as, “Star Gazing” & “Go Girl”. Designed to uplift and encourage all women of God utilizing the ministry of music, “Go Girl”, gained notoriety by receiving a Holy Hip-Hop award nomination for “Single of the Year” and landing #1 on Houston’s 100.7FM “Top 8 @ 8” countdown for 2 months straight.
Tugging at the heart and mind of listeners, Paul provokes in-depth thought about life, religion and sin issues. From songs such as, “Don’t Give Up” modeled after true life events of his family’s struggle with drugs and jail, to tracks such as “Broken Bible Verses”, Paul openly gives you an in depth glimpse of how deeply rooted the sin within himself runs, and his complete comprehension that Jesus is the only solution. Bringing the project full circle are both the motivating and often propelling tracks such as, “New Beginnings” & “Go Young King (Keep Going)”. Which simply encompasses the scripture, "In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” -Jesus Christ (John 16:33)
Opening up for artist such as Trip Lee, Tedashii, Thi’sl, and PRo, Paul has been graced with the opportunity to share his passion for Christ on stage in front of many believers and unbelievers alike. It is this same passion that embodies the "7:30am (No Sick Days)" project. When asked the question, “How do you think people are going to feel about this project?” Paul states, “I’m not sure what people are going to feel about this project. I just know it is a genuine body of work from God, through me, to you. I honestly believe the message within can change your life. My soul purpose is to tell people about this man name Jesus, it just so happens I rap too. LoL”. Set to strengthen a believer, motivate a backslider and ignite a non-believer, this project leaves no stone unturned.
