In honor of National Poets Month, we are giving away $500 to one lucky winner!Attention LOVERS of Spoken Word and of course spoken word artists too, we are getting ready to have a Christian Poetry Slam that is definitely going to be out of this WORLD.
Get your ticket in advance, don't delay, because although the competition isn't until Saturday, April 28th, the poets are already going at it with each other and planning to come out in caravans from as far away as New York and Virginia.
One NYC poet posted the following on our Facebook page: "We should definitely go out at a group because if at least 7 of us go, I know one of us will walk out of there with the CASH!" All we can say is get ready to be BLOWN AWAY by some of the hottest poets on this side of the country.
People of diverse backgrounds have entered so it will definitely be something for the eyes and ears to behold. Towards the end of all the planning we decided to sweeten the pot by making sure the winner gets exposure to over 2.8 million cable television viewers in addition to the money he or she walks away with.
Our guest judges will be as follows: Twin Poets, Kevin
