This dynamic and anointed Psalmist was born in the island of Puerto Rico . She was brought up in the church with a passion for the Gospel. Yomayra received her calling to music at the age of 12. It was then that she purposed in her heart to sing to transform lives and restore those that have been broken. Years later, after traveling throughout the U.S. with several music ministries, she finally launched her first independent music recording as a solo artist in 2008. After launching her first CD project entitled ‘Lluvia de bendicion,’ her ministry went to higher levels in every way.

After successfully taking her music to many different venues throughout the U.S. & Latin America, her sophomore album, ‘Outspoken-Valiente is now released. This album is the boldest and most passionate yet. It contains songs of Yomayra’s authorship which are very close to her heart of worship. It is a bilingual project with powerful outspoken songs that reflect her faith and stand for the Kingdom of God . The purpose of her music is to transform, restore and set free. Her purpose is not only to go inside the four walls of churches, but to take this message to the world no matter the language or nationality of the listener. Yomayra hopes to go to all nations with this message of faith, hope and restoration.
